IFTF and ACT Foundation have thought about the way education can be measured. I don’t agree with their concept of “an hour of time spent” as a way of measuring. When I spend 20 hours on the soccer field, I’m not nearly as good as Ronaldo in 20 hours of training. Competence must be part of the measurement. But it’s an interesting video.
